Monthly visits with a checklist per unit: cleaning, electrical and pressure readings, adjustments and filter changes before a failure happens.
PMOC and compliance
The Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan (PMOC) implemented and kept current, as required by Brazilian Law 13.589/2018 and Ordinance 3.523/GM. The paperwork is ready for inspection.

A technician visits the plant, inventories the equipment and records the condition of each unit.

Maintenance plan and proposal
You receive the PMOC with the frequency of each task and a fixed monthly proposal.

Monthly routine and reports
Visits happen on the agreed date and each one is logged. The record stays with you.
Certifications and safety
The paperwork your compliance desk will ask for is already in place.

About Redeclima
Since 2013, caring for the air of those who cannot stop.
Redeclima has provided HVAC and ventilation services to the industrial and commercial markets of Campinas and the region since 2013. The work follows technical specifications and Ordinance 3.523/GM of the Brazilian Ministry of Health, and is done as a partnership: preventive and corrective maintenance under contract, with a team that knows every unit in the plant.
The team is in-house, trained and continuously evaluated, with technical expertise in compressors, fans, exhausts, electrical control panels, cooling towers, chillers, self-contained units, rooftops, splits and data center automation panels. All required documentation is current.
